I want you to know how much your writings have helped me through a struggle I was having as a personal intercessor for someone. I had let my heart get too involved and I could not see as clearly as before. I did a search for “personal intercessor tips” and yours came up on the list. You gave credibility to why I was feeling the way I was and pointed me in the right direction. This is not an easy calling….but it is a very rewarding one.
I ended up giving it all back to God and telling Him I only waned it back if it was His will that I continue. That was hard and took me a week to finally give it up for real. I realized afterwards that at first I was afraid He would not give it back. I had to struggle with actually doing it for real. My mind knew better but my heart was afraid. Funny how you can’t see it until after.
I have been interceding for over 20 years and in the last year it has been for someone as a personal intercessor and I am learning a lot about how to and about me.
